- Meeting starts 1 min before time and ends 5 mins before time

- There is a meeting owner who is responsible for the smooth functioning of the meeting

- There is clear agenda for the meeting - Ideally circulated before time or discussed as the 1st item
- If something is being presented - It should be sent as a pre read, members should read before hand and be prepared for the meeting
- If it is review - Previous action items are discussed as the 1st item on the agenda
- There should be space for everyone to express their views and opinions in a respectful manner if they wish to do so
- Long monologues that take away from the agenda of the meeting should be avoided at all costs
- Meeting should end with summarization, with clear actionable and FPR defined

- Meetings are a great tool to collaborate, exchange ideas and have enriching discussions
- Meetings which can be avoided via an email should be avoided at all costs
- People should smile, make eye contact, listen and pay attention to their collegues during the meeting
- Usage of phones / technology that take away from the meeting should be avoided at all costs
