   2. Neeraj Kulkarni - NIT Bhopal, Senior member at Udaan Capital on P/L and operations side and former Capillary Technologies with 7 years of experience.
2. Ex-boss putting in money and coming as part of 1st round
   1. Founder of Udaan leading round signalling trust and Pranay (Syndicate lead) knows him since IIT Delhi days
   2. Round is fully transferred and this is the last allocation in
3. Traction in early days with profitability - 22L MRR with 3L profit in 5 months
4. Large TAM and industry be disrupted with deep insights from this space that founders possess and through technology
